Management will need a certificate of insurance from the moving company. Please contact the property manager for coverage limits if they are not listed in your lease.
We ask that protective floor and wall coverings are used. Masonite is not required, provided carts are equipped with rubber wheels (moving companies are usually understanding of this).
When elevators are used, they MUST be padded. To ensure that the building elevators are prepared with the proper padding, 24 hours’ notice is required. During designated times, one elevator may be blocked off for exclusive use. During peak traffic periods, elevators must be returned to normal operation.
To minimize the inconvenience to the other tenants in your building, please arrange for your move and deliveries to occur during the following hours:
Monday — Friday
9:00 AM — 11:00 AM
1:30 PM — 4:00 PM
Weekends and Holidays
Prior arrangements must be made, and security must be hired to monitor the building. The security team requires two weeks’ notice.
